		Teamwork is a cornerstone of our business. We work hard to become a premier partner with our clients and industry partners. Our team\'s ability of conducting proper needs assessments and maintaining a clear understanding of our clients\' and industry partners\' needs is the single-most factor that allows us to complete projects successfully and to exceed our customers\' expectations repeatedly.
		Wheeler Construction Inc. maintains a strong workforce that fluctuates between three hundred and fifty to four hundred men and women. This allows us the ability to adjust our field staff as necessary to meet the workload with a trained, qualified workforce, and the flexibility to meet tight schedules. Our large team and our resources allow us to act when necessary as a General Contractor, self performing most of the work and managing subcontractors for the balance. Our management team consists of several professionals each with fifteen to forty-three years of varied experiences.
